21 Days of Fasting and Prayer
As we enter 2025, many are eager for a new beginning. Amid the chaos, there is a longing for answers and tranquility. This serves as a powerful reminder that true peace is found in God. Let’s make 2025 a year of deepening our relationship with Him like never before. This year, as we embark on a collective fasting journey, let’s come together with others to form a community that rejuvenates our hearts and minds. We invite you to participate in this year's Fast. Together, as we seek God, we can conquer any challenge.

What does it mean to “bear fruit” in our lives, and how do we honor God doing that?
What does it mean to “bear fruit” in our lives, and how do we honor God doing that?
Today's Scripture
- Galatians 5:22-23 (ESV)
- “But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law."
Activity
What’s your favorite fruit? How does it grow to become the fruit you like so much? Jesus taught that just like you can identify a tree by its fruit, you can identify people by their actions—by what they do and say (Matt. 7:15-20).
No apple ever said, “I’m going to try really, really hard to become an apple!” Apples (as well as other fruit) just pop out when the tree gets what it needs: good soil, water and sunshine.
As followers of Jesus, when we take time to simply be with Jesus by praying, reading His Word and listening to Him, we get what we need for the Holy Spirit to work a miracle through us. The Holy Spirit changes us to be more and more like Jesus, and people will see and experience the fruit of His Spirit popping out of our lives!

Reflection/ Prayer
- Reflect: As we spend time with Jesus, the Holy Spirit changes us, making us more and more like Jesus.
- Pray: On a piece of paper, write down the fruits of the Spirit, and if you like, draw a different fruit to symbolize each. Which of the fruits of the Spirit do you observe in different family members? Name these to one another, then pray together, thanking God for the Spirit’s transforming work in your family.
